Produced on the hills of the area around Gavi, in an area with a unique microclimate, thanks to the presence a few kilometers south of the Ligurian Sea and the Apennine mountains to the west.
Vine variety: Cortese
Vineyards: located in the Gavi DOCG area. Manual harvest.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature at 20-22 °C in steel. Aging for at least 3 months in steel before bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fresh and fruity bouquet with notes of green apple, apricot and white flowers. The taste is fragrant, with good acidity and a pleasant sapid finish.
Pairings: ideal as an aperitif and fish-based dishes.
