Ligurian pesto 180 g

Few and simple ingredients but accurately selected.

Ingredients: olive oil, Italian concentrated basil 31%, salt,  pine nuts, garlic, wine vinegar, matured and Parmesan cheese (milk, salt, rennet). Acidity regulators: Lactic acid and Citric acid.

For 100 grams of fresh pesto, 79 grams of fresh basil is used!

Net weight: 180 grams.

Package for 4-5 portions of pasta.

It is advisable to lengthen it with oil before seasoning the dish.
