Collection: Stuffed chili peppers

Our specialty, i.e. stuffed peppers, are small Piedmontese peppers stuffed with tuna or anchovy and olive, or anchovy and capers. They are grown a few km from our company by selected farmers, and are then cleaned, stuffed and filled entirely by hand.
