Typical cheese from Langhe, produced with cow's milk, it is aged, chopped into cubes and put into jars with olive oil and truffle.

Ingredients: Olive oil, Robiola ‘’Alba’’ cheese 45% (milk, salt, rennet), black truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 1%, flavouring.
